Create a Yourgi account on desktop at www.yourgi.com or through the mobile app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store). You'll need to provide your name, email, phone number, and basic pet info to get started.
If you're an existing customer at Rover Resort, use the same first name, last name, email, and phone number when creating your Yourgi account. This ensures your account links correctly to your existing record for bookings and Yourgi Rewards. If your information doesn't match, Yourgi Support can merge your accounts and sync your rewards.

Yourgi uses a one-time passcode - no password required. Enter your email or phone number on www.yourgi.com or in the app, and a code will be sent to you. If your code doesn't arrive or expires, select "No luck? Resend code" to request a new one.

To book with Rover Resort using Yourgi, click here to start. You can submit a booking request with your service dates and pet details. Requests are confirmed once we review your request and accept. You can view upcoming and past appointments in Yourgi; cancellations must be handled by contacting us directly. You can also use Yourgi to search for pet care anywhere in the network!

Yourgi Rewards is a loyalty program that lets you earn points on eligible spend anywhere in the Yourgi network - including daycare, boarding, grooming, vet care, and more. Level up reward tiers to save more when you spend more. Rewards cannot be earned or redeemed on taxes, tips, gratuities, shipping, online pharmacy orders, or other third-party suppliers/partners.
Packages, invoices, and report cards are not yet available in Yourgi. These can be accessed through the classic booking interface via our Yourgi Business Profile on the web.
