Dogs with special needs or timid
dogs have a special place at Rover Resort. Rover
Resort is a more intimate facility than a large
kennel; therefore we can accommodate individual
needs and requirements. The same excellent standards
of care applies, with exercise four times daily,
and an individual climate controlled indoor room
with doggy door access to their own covered outdoor
patio. This service is available at no extra
charge - space is limited and subject to availability
and evaluation of the pet.
Note: We find that many timid dogs, with a
little extra encouragement, require only a
couple days to settle in at Rover Resort. The
benefits from socializing with other dogs in
most cases are a great builder of self-confidence
for your dog. We do recommend a couple days
of day care so your pet can adjust to an overnight
stay more comfortably.
