About Grooming
At Rover Resort we believe bathing and grooming are essential
to a healthy pet. We offer state-of-the-art dog grooming facilities with professional
grooming stylists. From shampoos, hair-cuts and flea treatments - to exotic styling,
pedicures, skin care, and moisturizing treatments, your pampered pet will go home
looking great as well as feeling great! All of our dog grooming services are available
by daily appointment, or can be scheduled with boarding. Always bear in mind that
our Pet Stylists roomers are pleasant, professional, and caring -- keeping you and
your pet happy will always be their top priority! Required Vaccinations also apply
to all Grooming appointments.
Our personalized grooming services include:
• Nail and pad assessment
• Ears thoroughly cleaned
• Thorough combing and brushing
• Anal glands expressed externally
• Double bath with shampoos for your pets specific coat type
• Hand drying or drying banks
• Clipping or hand scissoring to style
• Finishing decorative touches of either bows or bandana.

Heather Valenta is our resident groomer at Rover Resort. Heather began on
October 4, 2007 and has many years of experience grooming in the Allen, Carrollton
and North Dallas areas. She's available by appointment only and available everyday
expect Tuesday and some Saturdays.

Joni LeMaster was our first Pet-Stylist and is available by appointment only at
Rover Resort. Joni is a graduate of Texas Allbreed Grooming School on August
15, 2002 after 480 hours of study and hands on grooming to attain the highest standard
of excellence in the Art of Professional Pet Styling. She was also awarded the Crystal
Achievement Award.

• Receives his or her own suite to relax in along with a morning of active play.
• Receives “one-on-one” personal attention in the afternoon from a professional
groomer, experiencing a full groom (clip, nails, shampoo, ears, etc.)
• Is returned happy and clean.
