Rates are subject to change without advance notice. All reservations require a credit card (Master Card or Visa) for confirmation. Reservations cancelled within 24 hours of arrival will be automatically billed for one night.

Holidays - Require a $100 nonrefundable deposit per suite upon booking the reservation. Any holiday reservation cancelled with-in 14-days of arrival is nonrefundable. Any balance in addition to the $100 will be billed to the credit card on file or form of payment on departure.

Accomodations
Each dog staying at Rover Resort gets his or her own Suite, which consists of a 5 x 8 foot climate, controlled indoor room, with free access through a doggy door that leads to their 5 X 8 foot private outdoor covered patio, thus providing protection from inclement weather.

Each suite is double latched for security. Further, an enclosed breezeway, which leads to four fully, fenced play yards totaling approximately 50,000 square foot. All dogs are taken out in supervised groups, or individual play times, four times daily for approximately 15 – 20 minutes each, weather and pet permitting. In addition to four daily play times each pet is offered three potty breaks (before breakfast, after dinner and once again at bedtime. Current vaccinations are a must and records are required for the safety of all pets. (Vaccination Requirements) Rover Resort offers adjoining suites for multiple pet families. All dogs staying a minimum of three nights will receive a complimentary “freshen-up” bath (lather rinse and Air dry) prior to their departure. Food Provision
“VF Turkey & Rice,” a premium pet food, is available to all guests staying at Rover Resort, or you may choose to bring your own food with your pet as not to disrupt their diet. The choice is yours. Also available for purchase, we offer Fromm's, Evo, California Natural and Innova pet foods. At check-in, each dog is assigned an individual locker to safely store extra food, and any extra belongings required during their stay. If desired, please bring toys, bedding or small items, which might make your pet feel more at home. All owner instructions for care, food, and medication are carefully recorded on each individual room card, as well as on the central computer system. We are also happy to give your pets medication or supplements, at no extra charge. Pets are provided water (we use reverse osmosis filtered water) that is freshened frequently during the day. The rooms are cleaned daily with an enzyme cleaner and throughout the day as needed. After each pet leaves the walls, floors, and doggie doors of the room is scrubbed down with a disinfectant and completely sanitized for the next guest’s arrival.


Required Vaccinations
Current vaccinations for Parvo, Distemper, Rabies (every one-three years depending on your residence)and Bordatella are required. Bordatella (or canine cough) is required every 6 months. We may consider accepting an alternate vaccination protocol with a written recommendation from your veterinarian. Please fax or deliver current vaccination records several days prior to the check-in date to avoid any last minute confusion. It is also advisable to receive your updated vaccines.
